It was a pleasure to have met the Finnish-British fashion bespoke dressmaker Catharina Eden – on assignment for the Finnish fashion magazine Gloria
Catharina has spent her entire career in the fashion industry. After studying at Central Saint Martins, she gained invaluable experience working at Alexander McQueen
She set up her own bespoke evening wear company making cocktail dresses for private clients from her studio in London. She also made over 200 costumes for the 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony,
The photoshoot took place in a picturesque village in the Cotswolds, where Catharina has since relocated from London.
She now works from her home studio, designing and making bespoke bridal wear, evening wear, and costumes.
